Their delivery and support both lack basic essence of doing business. They are just here for the sake of it. They don’t mean to do actual business. Suggest them to send their staff to swiggy to get trained in the right way. I don’t think they will last long in delivery business. Items missing from orders , very poor customer service will lead t
