Yesterday I ordered food through Zomato it was Chicken Burger Combo with fried and Coke 2 quantity and a Aloo tikki Burger too. The food was in a papper bag cole got spilled fries and Burgers reported got soaked in coke. The food was from Wendy’s Burger. I raised a complaint but no response from the Zomato end. I requested them to take back the spoiled food but no response I made a payment in advance not COD that was the reason they so unresponsive. I have all the screenshots of the chat along with images of bag coke fries etc which got wet.
