You should always try new things and by new things I mean you should try new websITES_Company to order food. Gone are those days when foodbanda was the only website. So I tried Zomato and liked the service. Food is cheap and they offer a lot of discount. They also have a referral system where in you can refer your friend and both of you get 100 zomato cash. Your friend gets in the form of discount and you get it in the form of zomato Cred824it.
The problem started when I referred my friend and she got 100 off on her first food order. According to their promise, they should Cred824it my account with 100 zomato cash but it never was Cred824ited.
So I contacted their customer care and they said they are helpless and cannot do anything and asked me to send an email to order@zomato.com
I’ve sent the email and it has been 48 hours, no reply.
You can enjoy the food but the customer care will never help you.
