They conveyed a delayed delivery of an sub item and asked me to cancel the order and reorder. I did the same but they charged full amount of previous order as cancellation charges ??This is utter non sense and unethical buisness practice to increase their revenue. I requested twice on their helpline to do the necessary corrections but they are saying SORRY.. This is weird bahvior from zomato and a unpleasant experience even if the amount loss is not very high.
I would never recommend zomato to anyone as management seems lack of moral values and corrupt which is unacceptable!
