CHEATERS, PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had orderd polar bear ice creams today( 19/4/21), and used my debit card to do payment and payment was done successfully.


but due to technical glitch at their end after couple of minutes I got msg stating that my order has been cancelled and they have initiated for refund. and immediately I called polar bear of konankunte branch, jpnagar, I got to understood that they had some network issue and hence order could not be completed, and they asked me to get in touch with zomato guys. and since last70 minutes am in chat with zomato and resond am getting is that I need to wait for 5 to 7 days for the refund to happen and if I need I can and place order and again do fresh payment. and I am asking them to cancel the refund and to deliver my order and to close the case, its just simple. and they want to make things very complicated and they have been just transferring my chat to different executives .


ZOMATO CUSTOMER CARE IS PATHETIC, THEY ARE LIKE PARROTS AND KEEP REPEATING THE SAME WORDS.AND NOT READY TO SHARE THEIR NAME ALSO.


for no fault of mine I have been penalised.


and I will be deleting ZOMATO APP
