My payment got declined due to a failure in the payment gateway.Days passed and still I didnt receive my refund.When I contacted the customer care representatives, they are giving false promises and they are saying the money is safe.So I told them to pay the interest and that too I dont know whenthey are going to give back my money.They are really cheating the customers.I am very sure that they havent initiated my payment from their end. If done, within hours it will be reflected in my bank statement.I am going to take up this issue legally.Let the court decide.
