Extremely bad and worst experience ever

Extremely bad experience. they claim to be a delivery app which has no CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER and NO CUSTOMER CARE EMAIL ID to raise the problem.these are basic in such times.


They have this so called ZOMATO CHAT- LIVE on the app and the app has the restrictions of not uploading the pics from your phone gallery so have any option to copy the pics.


In case they deliver wrong order and they are not seeing the pic they say WE ARE HELPLESS TO HELP YOU AND BEAR THE CONSEQUENCES PLEASE. so no refund, no reorder but spend your money and bear the consequences.


THIS IS HOW ZOMATO TREATS THE CLIENTS. I AM HAPPY THE BRAND I ORDERED COULD TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY AND HELP ME BUT FROM ZOMATO IT WAS A SICK EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING. THAT A FOOD APP COMPANY MISSES THIS BASIS THINGS AND CALL IT A COMPANY
