Its been 20 days I have raised an issue that the food they delivered wasn't good at taste and the delivery boy to complete his target in order to get an incentive on that day stood there which also made my food not as hot to eat. And when I complaint for the same on 7th October 2018 for the issue they said they will look after it and its been 20 days since then they have looking into it till now. I mean where is your support and when I ask them why so much of time they say due to sone people's abusive behaviour of having food and getting back refund they are now going every refund through a thorugh review. I don't say that you give me back my money but atleast get me to a resolution na. I am fed up and atlast I lost all hope from Zomato. This have happend to me before also but I didn't got so deep. And this time also I have lost all hopes after 20 days. Just order from Zomato when there are offers and from the ones you had the food before. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
