Day by day the zomato service is degrading worst to horrible and more than that. The customer experience is more than worst. With my last experience from 23rd July, Im not ever going to order through zomato anymore.
I ordered food which the delivery boy spilled over on the way in my building parking and stairs. He started blaming the hotel for not packing properly while the hotel started pointing back to the zomato delivery boy. With the blame game the output was nothing. I didnt get the food and when asked for refund, the customer service assured on phone. But when claimed for it they started denying as they cant verify.
Overall it was more than worst experience because of zomato.
Do not order through zomato is what I can appeal.
