Today is first day of the new year and I am heart broken.My resolution is to never order thru zomato ever again.I found hair in my food and shared the picture with the support team who kept requesting to click clearer pictures like I am some skilled photographer and only to make me go thru the hassle to inform me that they cannot reimburse me in any way.Too bad.Dont use ever.
I had posted this review last night.I got a call from zomato and the eating place today and after talking to me they reimbursed the full amount.I am changing my rating but still wont give 5.I would have given 5 if they would have taken the action yesterday and made my new year better.
