ZOMATO.COM:-
Zomato.com is a website where we can order food online.This service is not available all over India.it is now quite available in the developed places like Bangalore, Cochin etc.
Now I will share my experience and the reason why I hate this service.When I was in Bangalore last year I ordered food at 9:30.They told me I will Receive the food on 9:45 But I received it at 11:15.Like this there is three situations in which Zomato is delaying and fooling us.So now I decided to order on swiggy or uber eats.
SERVICE & SUPPORT:-
Zomato has a poor service and support.It not only delays food but it also has a lack in packaging system.Sometimes the foods are out of the cover.Its terrible to eat like that.
INFORMATION DEPTH:-
The information that they provide on their site are sometimes over rated.The food will not at all look likes the image in the site.This are false images.Sometimes the size of food also differs.
CONTENT:-
Honestly, The content they provide are false information.Their job is to supply the foods which are prepared on different hotel.So we cannot complaint about the food quality.
USER FRIENDLY:-
This site or this service are usually a user friendly in which the customer can get their favorite food without going there.But the problem arise when the seller delays to reach the customer.
In my opinion Uber eats and Swiggy are far better than this.
