I had a very bad experience with the zomato food delivery app I need to explain all of you.
Once I ordered chicken biryani whereas the order was given to a delivery boy who is 15km away and I had to wait 1 hr for the food to arrive.
And after picking up my food he called me and said that the food is cooled down and asked that should the food be delivered.
And replied I dont want the food and he said no sir the cannot be cancelled and I has to accept as it is.
What is this?
I called the customer support and thank god they cancelled the order and returned my money.
