2018 december i was equally excited and naturally pylled towards zomato like everyone else.but all im left with is disappointment and lost money.My order number:1002832941 i ordered it on 27th December 11:34 am I had clearly mentioned my flats name, location etc.I waited more than a hour and ended up sleeping as I was tired.The delivery man never came and knocked my door. I just had 2 missed calls when I woke up.To my shock he had left with the food that I ordered.Immediatedly after two hours I contacted that delivery person and asked him if my money would be refunded.For that he wanted me to contact the customer care, they said my money cannot be refunded.Please don’t go with zomato, considering their low prices.It’s a pure robbing brand. swiggy or uber eats any day!
