Behaviour was not so good

I have ordered from Zomato after 30minutes I’m getting a call from there side my order is canceled fine not an issue they say due to distance matter.but my food cancellation done by there side and after that, they deduct my money and when I have called there customers executive they simply say the order was canceled after preparation that’s why it will be deducted here my question is why I’m not canceled it then why I will be in lose.
