Zomato is unresponsive in terms of solving customer queries. If the order is canceled right away due to delivery time the order is going to take then you should refund the amount immediately. I am a Gold customer and I will never use Zomato again. Also, we get orders half eaten from Zomato, this practice Zomato has taught to their delivery boys. Also, they are charging approx 60-70 per delivery, instead call the restaurant and order the food, at least you will have a guarantee you will get food fresh and unused.
