I have been using this app/website for more than 7/8 years and I have been seeing it since the time when only few restaurants were listed on it to the current times when with it’s gold membership feature and now delivering groceries also, it is now increasing it’s area of coverage.Starting with, we may or may not observe but Zomato has changed the way we deal with restaurants or the food space. With the COVID-19 pandemic coming it has started to deliver the groceries also.Yes, it’s true that sometimes you don’t get what you’ve ordered but that’s again for which the restaurant is to be blamed and Zomato’s customer support does put an effort to resolve your issue or get you a refund or fresh order, which is quite satisfactory.
Gold Membership: A premium feature for it’s customer, helps in getting extra discounts, , prompt booking and a lot more. Prices vary as they’ve lots of offer coming and you can if you are awake strike a good deal. I got for 2 years for just 600 rupees.Conclusion: Overall, a must use app in the current times when you need all the information on your finger tips and guess what, food is something no matter who and where you are, you need it.
