Zomato claims that they care about their customers which is a lie please don’t say that you care about your customers.
I would never recommend anyone to use Zomato service and never use it myself
I had ordered something and restaurant was not available to deliver it due to protest.
He told me that the order would get cancelled and I would receive my money back that was 1121 which didn’t happen.
I contacted support team and they told they cannot help. Restaurant agreed that he would confirm Zomato that order has been cancelled but Zomato refused to contact and just send me apologies instead of sending my money back.
There are many people who I know who have also been victim to your shitty customer support.
