Zomato.com is a worst food ordering website in online platform. I recently ordered a one plate Dal makhni, Shahi paneer and tandoori rotis from a restaurant. They take too much time to deliver the order and also they take Rs 60 as delivery charges. They show the 30 min estimated time to deliver the order and also they give me the delivery boy contact number and after 30 min I call the delivery boy and ask for the food but he said that I am somewhere else so it might take 30 min to deliver the order.
But after 30 min he did not delver the order and then I call to the customer care of Zomato.com and tell them about delivery boy and they said that we contact the delivery boy and after that we contact you and give the update.
Then after 15 min the customer care executive call me and said that the delivery boy is somewhere else and he just come for the delivery. Then I wait for the delivery boy and after 40 min he delivered my order but the food becomes cold and not looking so tasty. After that I again contact to the zomato customer care and tell them about the food and they said that we are not responsible for that and we deliver food on time. Unfortunately, I have to eat that cold food.
So, this is my worst experience with Zomato.com and I want to aware you all that don’t order food from Zomato.com because they take time to deliver the order and they charge too much delivery charges and also they charge higher rate on the actual rate on every dish.
