Well firstly the good stuff
Now the stuff which really needs to be improved
- Online Order: One can place an online order with a great amount of ease. Unfortunately - I have had 3 instances in the past - where the restaurant informed me that they received no such order. Found out when I called the restaurant up and asked on when the delivery would happen. On 2 such occasions - I placed an order directly with the restaurant - on 1 - decided to go hungry.
So if you want to have guaranteed delivery - would suggest reach out to the restaurant directly - do not depend on zomato to handle it for you.
Use the website / app purely for information on restaurant location and contact details. Well actually google also does that for you - so what is zomatos USP .

Must say - services have drastically improved - I have become an avid user of the zomato mobile app over the last couple of months . so it seems these folks have listened to the customer and brought in much needed improvements into their workflow .
Changing my rating from "Poor"(1 Star) to "Very Good"(4 Stars)
