I am an owner in Zonasha Paradiso and very happy with the quality of work done. I have seen other builders and I would say Zonasha stands tall. FYI I had booked Paradiso when it was barren land. So I took a big risk but the fact that Mr Nagraj(owner of Zonasha) was directly available for talk and the passion, confidence, and the straight talk of Mr Nagraj convinced me that my money is in safe hands. He didn’t give me even single paisa discount and yet I felt he priced it honestly. When I was booking(remember it was barren land at that time and no model villa), his one line blew me when he said that it is his dream project and he is not doing this project for money.
Pros:
Good quality work
A builder with good intentions
Mr Nagraj is a passionate guy who wants to give his best
He is also very receptive to feedback
Price is also good - I doubt I can get such quality of work with any other builder for even 1.5X the price
Cons:
Execution has been slow and Paradiso got delayed by 2 years.
Overall, I am super happy with my investment and would strongly recommend Zonasha Paradiso and Zonasha in general to buys.
