Hello friends so I am going to tell you my shopping experience with zoniic.com. So I order a samsung power bank from this website and when they delivered the power bank and I see that this is not samsung power bank this is a Chinese power bank so contract to the customer service and told them the story and told them to give me my back but they said we can not return the product. The customer service is very bad in zoniic.com.
The quality product is average not very good.
When I order the power bank they delivered the power bank after 8 days. It is very bad because other site delivered the product within 6 or 7 days.
I don’t know that this site have any app but I order from the website. And all the time it is on maintenance.
I use it and I not like the website and it is not reliable.
