I have taken zoom car subscription in June 21 and ended the subscription by August 7th 2021. The car number they gave was KA03AH5836. Until now after four months also they did not do the final settlement. They owe me around 12, 000 and they are not paying. When ever I send a mail to them they reply the same mail like below but they will not do anything:

We want to inform you that our team has been actively following up to process your payment and we assure you it will be done sooner and will reflect on your account at the earliest. I suggest any one thinking about taking a zoom subscription to think and avoid it. One of my friend took revv subscription and he is happy with it even after ending the subscription.
