Hello I have been with zoom car as host since quite long. I agree we all issues sometimes payment related sometimes car condition.
However I have been facing an issue which is another level and I am clueless as to how to escalated this one because my app doesn’t allow me to contact customer support the option is not even there. I am tired now today my car has been dropped godbknows where and I am not able to track it either I can’t call on customer support too. This is ridiculous and I am expecting a call back right now
