After confirmation message car is ready, UNLOCK message, We 4 people took an auto and reached IBIS silkboard to pick up the XUV to go to airport by 4:45. I had booked for 3 PM

Car wasnt there, its 3:00PM.

Called up Customer Care(CC):- Sir, please call the fleet manager SilkBoard Area
Called up Fleet Manager(FM):- That Vehicle met an accident, we are bringing you another car please wait for 30 minutes, CC would have communicated this at 1 PM.
Car wasnt there, its 3:25PM.
Called up Customer Care(CC):- Sir, please contact fleet manager
Called up Fleet Manager(FM):- Please check with CC.
Car wasnt there, its 3:30PM, 3:35PM 3:40PM 3:45PM.

Since I couldnot hold my anger any more, I shouted and asked will the CAR come or not,

At 4:10PM, I left the venue.
Point to note:-
Call up zoom car, fleet manager, xyz manager to get confirmation else you get screwed big time.
These morons dont have the guts to accept the mistake.
Call cabs and go,
If the pickup loaction is far, please donot think about it.
Now coming to refund, they confirmed me on phone that we will refund extra 500 along with the booking amount.
Now when I called 10 times, finally these so busy professionals are suggesting thats said orally cant be done, please write email with details.
