Last weekend I went to bangalore and I booked car in zoom car app. I booked scorpio for rupees 1100 for 12 hours and 120 kilometers. They have a very worst service they took 4000 as advance from me and dint gave me bill also for proof.
And then will at the time of retrun they charged us 2000 for scratch on their car but the reality is there was no scratch they really cheated on us very badly and also we cannot do anything because we were away from our hotel.
And the other thing is their customer service is very very poor really hated their service.
