I had booked a car on 2nd April, returned the car on time and while returning the agent did not ask any question. Later when I saw the summary in my account they had deducted half the deposite amount.
After enquiring they did not give any clear response about this. There were some pre existing scratches present in the car(of which I have pictures as proof) but they were not ready to listen. After some time I stopped getting response.
Try to avoid using its services.
Tip: if you have to use its services, add Rs. 5000 extra(the deposite amount) to your trip estimation so that you dont have to get disappointed.
