Booking id no.JPSN789JM. Vehicle broken down in trip. Can’t be moved as clutch wire broken. No help inspite being on hold with zoom for three hours now. Giving unfit cars to customers . Advertise vehicles as driven 19000km and actually driven 32000km, that to seems tampered readings. Very poor state of affairs. No directions/ help from zoom whatsoever.. Have to catch a train in 1 he and this service , pathetic zoom.
To everyone. Don’t use zoom cars. Use Uber ola, revv, auto whatever just never rely on zoom it’s pathetic to talk to their customer care. After being on hold for 18 minutes or more multiple times Everytime they told me they are forwarding the call to escalation desk they disconnected the call. And now see their audacity asking.me to wait 24hrs even when I am trying to get their attention through social media. They expect a customer to forego all their commitments while they work with their lazy attitude with no intention to address the immediate problem who is stranded on the middle of his trip. Pathetic. Sharing this on twitter aa it is my moral responsibility now to make other gullible people especially travellers not to rely on zoom.
