HI All I have sued zoomcar 5 times and each time I got bunch of issues
deducted 5000 for small scratch
late fee charges even though nobody pick up to take the car from zoomcar I booked home delievery
Late delivery of car there was noone on the site to handover car to me after 1 hours I got the car
Security deposit refund, all 5 times money got locked with zoomcar all their payment options are worst they will say money credited still no money in my account
during payment transaction fails and they deduct the money and never return
Guys dont use zoomcar this is very pathetic and irritating
