I have heared about Zoom Car from one of my friend and I though to use it as I have such a job profile that I have to use the cabs on daily basis. But I have got a realy worse experience by this Cab service.
Was the tour Operator helpful?
I strongly say- No, it was disgusting. They were giving very dull reactions to everything asked to them. I haven’t got w single satisfactory answer of my querries from them, instead of giving the answer they were just beating around the bush.
Knowledge of the Tour Guide?
In terms of knowledge, the tour guide is really Pathetic. He was so amateur that he was npt knowing the easiest way to reach Rohini. By his fault, I was stucked in the big trefik jam and when I was complaining to him, He bounced back as if it is very common to him.
Transportation Quality?
The transportation quality is average there. The condition of the cab was good and it was comfortable but the travelling experience was pathetic which ruins the journey.
Finally, Zoom Cars is not a good choice to chose when there are many good options.
