Worst Customer Service

Had booked a car with 240 Km for a day. When we reached to the location for pickup the car was not available. we had reached the pickup point 1 hour early. The car arrived just 15 min before the booking time. we checked the car and confirmed with the person that the fuel tank was half. we were planning to go Lonavala then Pune and return back. The zoom car official over there said that the fuel will be enough and u will not need any more but if needed u can fill in tank and claim the amount paid from the app. while returning the tank was just on 1 point so for safety we put in 700 fuel. but when we claimed for the same I only got back half the amount. while contacting the customer service was the worst no one replied us with a proper answer and after 3 days of calling I got the money back but as virtual points which can only be used while booking the next car.
