Zoomcar is a self drive car rental service which allow you to rent car by the hours days week or month
we have a wide variety of cars and at many location in fact you can find us in your neighborhood. basically we save you the Cost and Hassle of owning a car while giving you all the goods part convenience mobility and independence.
But my personal experience is very poor with using this rent cars many times
I book a Sedan almost 8 days ago, confirm on Call Centre requesting to send good condition car because I will be using it for my program
Call Centre assured me that car will be in good condition but just 2 hours before car delivery I got a call saying I won’t be able to get requested car and and no other said I would be available in the short notice I could not arrange another sedan so requested them to kindly arrange some other sedan I was ready to pay the different amount but my request unanswered
I never trust zoomcar all my program plans was disturb later had to arrange car from groom from my friend
this is last time I using and also would never even recommend to use zoom car to anyone worst service and worst customer care department they don’t even care for us.
