Sharing my personal experience. I booked Maruti Swift for my one day trip. On the way to trip it met with a minor accident(Dislocation of Front side area). I checked with Zoom car and they asked me to send the photos. I did the same.
They told me that your car seems to be in working condition. You can continue your journey and return the car to the same place from where you picked. Meanwhile, I checked with the local car repair shop about the damage charges and it was only INR 3000.
I came back and return the car and then actual harassment started. I suddenly receive a message from zoom car to pay 10, 000 for this damage. I called their Customer service for the clarification of such a huge amount. The customer executive assured me that someone will get in touch with me in 48 hours.
4 days already passed and no one called me. Instead, I am getting auto-generated emails and messages to pay the amount asap to avoid any legal proceedings. Then I again called their customer for the damage charges clarification again the customer care executive assured me that someone will call me in 48 hours.
Then finally I got a call from one lady. She doesnt know how to talk to the customer. She doesnt have anything to do with my concern. She told me as per zoom car policy you have to pay 10, 000. Pay ASAP else we will send a legal notice to your home and then we will charge additional 18% per day.
This is how they deal with their customer. They dont have to listen to customers concern,

Advise: Try other Car rental services. Cheap and very good Customer service as compare to Zoom Car.
