Hi this is Sravan, I am a Zoomcar host since April 2023. I have served around 66 bookings till October 2024.
On October 28th 2024 car went for booking and has not returned back. I myself registered a police complaint. I sequentially used to enquire zoomcar team about my car updates but they used to say only "no information about car". Like this they have passed around 6 Months.
In the 7th month police has finally arrested the car thief and got the information about car. Now this information was given to zoomcar team for the vehicle recovery. It’s been 50 days but zoomcar team has not taken a proper initiation to recover and handover my vehicle.
Earlier when there is no information about car my relationship manager used to communicate with me over the call at least once in a week. Now when got the full information related to car my relationship manager not even responding.
