?? My Car Was Stolen by a ZoomCar Guest!
I rented out my car through ZoomCar, assuming they had proper security checks. However, my guest attempted to steal my car—and eventually succeeded in doing so!
?? ZoomCar Gave ZERO Support!
When I reported the theft, I expected ZoomCar to act immediately. But to my shock, they did NOTHING. No proper tracking, no recovery help, and no real response from customer support.
?? I Had to Recover My Car Myself!
Since ZoomCar failed to take action, I had to track down and recover my car entirely on my own. Imagine the stress and risk involved in retrieving my stolen vehicle—while the company that was supposed to protect me ignored my problem.
?? No Compensation, No Reimbursement, No Contact!
Even after I recovered my car, ZoomCar did not compensate me for my loss, my time, or the damages. It’s been over a month, and they have ignored all my emails and messages. Their customer service is non-existent.

Their security system is a joke. Their support is pathetic. And their commitment to car owners is non-existent. I strongly advise all car owners to STAY AWAY from ZoomCar. This company does not care about your safety or your property.
