Worst experience of my life, I have had with Zoomcar.
Booked a Hexa car through zoom car site(on advance payment) for pickup from Kochi Airport for 7 days. I had booked a zoom car from Kochi Airport for my Kochi Trip along with my 6 family members including 3 kids. The driver and vehicle were not available to us and I was on the phone with their representatives(Ms.Kritika, Ms.Priyanka, Ms.Juhi Das & Zonal head Krisnan) for over 2.30hrs continuously. Finally they said they have another car available at another location but no support from them in reaching the other place. I had a very bad experience. The vehicle was denied at the last minute. The Zoomcar representative Ms. Kritika said they cannot do anything and I have to deal with it myself. I was left helpless and in the end had to manage and change all my plans. There is no customer support, you can never speak to any responsible person, no response to emails & there is no guarantee you will get the vehicle you had booked.
The most pathetic & worst service I have seen is from Zoomcar. Particularly their claims of on road support are totally false . ZOOM Car provides ZERO support so do not rely on them.
