Zoom car is basically a road side thug agency which somehow takes your money and then becomes so professional that every non compliance by them becomes a policy. I booked a car with my family at Mumbai for going to shirdi. Went to collect the car at airport terminal it was in a very bad shape, when asked for giving some other car was told this is the only options available, called call centre number and they told ofmcalling back in ten minutes but there was no response for 45 minutes, kept standing there with children without even basic stay arrangements, the car was all broken. Requested to cancel the carpet upgrade the car but they said there is no otpion and I’m case wanted to cancel the car they will take this as feedback and nonrefundable shall be made. Had planned to go to shirdi with family and booked car for 1000 KM’s, however sometimes it started wobbling sometimes the ser on light got on and finally I did not go to shirdi and just roamed around Mumbai for 500 KM’s and then returned the car. This is a completely roadside goons agency and do not use this at all, a taxi/olanor even a auto is more professional than them. My strong advice just stay away from them.
