I went to Bangalore for my official work and I was clueless about roads in Bangalore so thought to book a cab to help me out reach my destination. Zoom cars are not so famous countrywide but then when I searched nearby in the app I was showed Zoom car. I booked the cab and immediately driver called to know my exact location. He came in no time and took my luggage.
He was calm and polite and my drive was good enough. Also, the charges were same or less as compared to others but yes as it was my first ride, I got it for free. Good service and accessible.
