Hello friends I am sharing my personal experience about zoomcar.in service. It is the worst taxi service I had ever used. I booked the taxi for 30 kilometres. It was my first ride with the zoomcar.in so they give me first 20 kilometres free of cost. But they charged me 12 rupees per kilometre for rest of the distance. This is a very high cost service. All the other big taxi services like Ola takes only 6 rupees per kilometre. Their car’s condition is very bad they show a brand new car on the website but in reality it was an old car. After my ride they take 10% percent extra charge from me as maintenance. I had the worst experience about this taxi service and I recommend you to do not use this.
