Today iam going to share my experience about the renting car from zoom cars.com
Recently I booked a car to go for some places with my relatives
I took the car in the afternoon and I reached the place at night
Next morning only I saw there is a scratches in the car After that immediately I inform to the customer service but they was not helpful
They cheated me charged rs.2000/- They did not listen my words
The tour operator was not helpful he went some place and time pass not answer properly
Very worst travel convenience because when I got the car it was dirty, having with low accessories and also it is completely disgusting
The rent is too high The car deeper light was not worked average of car
also because of its less servicing and maintanence
Tour guide expertise the money only how can we cheat the customer like that
I never choose this like very lethogic and low quality travel experience iwas very disappointed
Zoom car is not a reliable company
My suggestion is this so please avoid zoom car
