Zoomcar is the fraud app they don’t give any directions to book a car to new users they never tell about the hidden charges added when I booked the Zoomcar first time that was my worst experience I booked the car for 2 days to because of no directions to new user I also did a mistake that the booking time done by me was for only one day then I pickup the car and went on tour then after one day they called me that my time is over and ased me to return then I told them my problem that it was by mistake then on booking time they told me that if I would be late for returning the car I can extend my time by calling the customer care then I called to customer care and told them the problem they also denied to extend the time and started saying that pay the rest money otherwise we will lock the engine of car the biggest problem was that I was having money in cash not in account I told them to wait for a hour they said Thai they will charge me 1000 per hour till I return the car then starting to search the bank but it was every far from me after some time they locked the engine of car and we were somewhere in jungle then I asked my friends to pay the money and they opened the engine the charged me 12000 of about 10 hrs my whole trip ruined it’s the baddest service ever seen I suggest all not to book car from there taxi is always a best option
