THANKS TO REVV... for saving my day when my entire family travelled to meet me and spend the holidays and the entire plans are spoiled by ZOOM Car.....
I have booked for Tata Hexa on Nov 11 at 4 am for my 6 member family yo spend there holidays....
We all prepared and packed things and was excited the previous night of our travel....
I was expecting my alarm to ring at around 3.30 am on 11th Nov to pick up the vehicle from Zoom car. Suddenly I received a call at 00.30 am from ZOOM CAR.....
NEWS....The car which supposed to be allocated has some engine failure and cannot be delivered. Even though this was the 3rd instance after such incidents with ZOOM Car they helped me to replace with an alternate car which was 25 Km far away from my place.
Which means I have to travel 50 km to pick up and drop the vehicle. However ZOOM CAR was kind enough yo compensate my travel cost and also allocated an additional 60km for the vehicle.
At 1 am I went to sleep after all the discussions expecting my alarm....
Then like a nighmare I received a call at 2.30 am again from ZOOM CAR....
The call was as follows.......
Sir, we have allocated initially with a car which went for some engine failure and allocated an alternative. However am sorry to say we are unable to help you with that car as it have some mechanical issues.....
If you are OK with it we will allocate another car but a 5 seater if not we will process for cancellation.
?????
Whats should I react?
My entire family is sleeping expecting to travel in few hours....
Should I shout or react?
No they where kind enough offering me a 5 seater this time for my 6 member family....??????
I was really pissed of and with no much to say I asked to refund...
Now I don’t want to spoil my holiday....
I went on trying online for alternative option and found REVV....

I am pleased to say from now on I won’t book at all from ZOOM car.
