Pathetic service and zero backup I will never EVER USE ZOOMCAR
I had booked a self driven car from ZOOMCAR for my trip to Haridwar and was to leave at 6:00 on Saturday(20th June 2015) morning but it was a shocker when I got a call at 5 from this stupid moron team that your car has been cancelled .spoiling my cmplete trip.
The customer care guy was so rude and instead of apologising and arranging a backup he bluntly comes up and says ur car has been cancelled and we will give u 500 rupees as compensation and u can use the same for your next trip .
I had to run around arranging for a backup and had to shell out 10000 more to save my already paid trip .Even a local taxi wala is more professional than your sh** Zoomcar. Wud request all my frnds n family not to use this service if they don’t want to spoil their trip.
