He booked a nice Honda amaze, paid up all the amount up front . Date 16th Nov 2016 Bangalore airport the husband checks from the app of zoom car all looks fine, calls the customer-care for a second check the lady with pretty voice assures everything is fine, at 4pm when you arrive at Delhi airport opposite to gate 6, terminal 3, Lane 2 you car shall be waiting . Husband: Can you give me a contact number? Customer Care: Not required we will contact you 3:45 out of the Delhi airport the couple walks out, new city a new experience . Then realizes he had seen a fleet team number in earlier confirmation messages calls the number Fleet Team: Hello How can we help you Husband: Explains the situation Fleet Team: give us the booking ID After two minutes of search We are sorry your booking is not there we cannot help you Husband: How can this possible I have proof of booking and I have paid everything you asked for . Fleet Team: Take his number what’s app the screen shots of confirmation message and we will check and get back After 10 Minutes Husband calls back Fleet Team: sorry we did not find anything Husband: why did not you call back and inform me Fleet Team: calls don’t go from here, we are sorry talk to customer care and slams the phone Couple takes a taxi after an hours calling figuring out reaches hotel, wrITES_Company email to Feedback@zoomcar.com also informs one of their friend who knew someone at zoom car. 7:00 Pm Zoom car: Hi we are very sorry about the inconvenience caused, due to some technical problem your booking vanished from the system we are trying to retrieve and you can get the car let us know the location we shall send it across After lot of discussion understanding that things can go wrong sometimes, couple politely talks and sorts it out and decides to pick up the car at Sapna cinema out let Delhi at night 10 PM, even after aishwaryasingh23ing up for door drop of vehicle and Zoom car in turn says we shall way off your charges for number of hours and door pick up . Couple: Is panicked standing on the road with no idea of direction, 11:00 pm on delhi’s deserted road not a single person around kilometers together with a 2yr old infant . You guys are the most disgusting, the way you have played around is the worst thing someone can do to anyone.
