Hii. 7months ago I booked a car from zoomcar Red Scorpio for Rajasthan trip. At suddenly one day before trip a person calls me from zoomcar and said that our car is on maintenance so we can’t provide the scorpio tht u have booked we gave you mahindra xuv 500 instead of this then I agree next morning I go to the zoomcar parking for hiring xuv 500.the person who was the parking owner says no sir I cant give you xuv500 I give you scorpio if u booked scorpio after my 3hours wasting the scorpio car gave to me and from this I become 2hours late from that timing which I mentioned on booking time due to this issue they apply late night charge on me and customer care says that u can pay it we cant help you sorry sir.i had really a bad experience with this but overall car condition is good proper paper permits are also updated.
