Not long enough all our planning for the trip of Arunachal was confirmed and car was also confirmed but at the last moment my friends dad had to urgently move on with the car so after consulting elders and friends we came to know about this car rental service. So the entire process was very smooth and we wanted a petrol heavy car like the Swift Dzire or Indigo as it was hilly area and risky.
Everything was finalised and the car was not arriving so we all got frusturating, finally after more than 2 hours it arrived, the driver said that the traffic was heavy but we sensed something wrong, the car was old and almost run for about 92, 000 km and there was dent all around and it seems the driver went for washing the car as it was clean when my friend checked it than he came across this unpleasant sound by the engine, the driver soon open the deck and did something with the engine and said it happens very rarely and we have to tight one screw if it happens again.
Gosh everything was prepaid and how on earth we were suppose to take that on such a long trip, we contacted the customer care but it was busy so we went to the office as it was in the town itself, everything was settled but we had to pay 1500 INR for all the inconveniences, well till date I didn’t understand what inconveniences we gave or it is them who gave us. Finally we approached a local car rental service which was little expensive compared to others but it gave us a perfect car for the trip, a brand new Swift with only 17, 000 km run. so guys go do a good research before paying any money or you might end up disappointed like me.
