They will change car on time no credit given. No matter which car u book they can allocate any car. Cars will breakdown on roads, mine broke down twice. They do not have speed device set up in cars and they will charge you heavily if you go above certain speed. They can charge you any amount when you return and do not specify what those charges are there. I would say do no fall in trap. They offer low prize but you do not know how you will be paying when return. I would urge Indian govt to shut this company. I wish these guys have no star option because zoom does not even deserve 1 star
