Avoid this company at any cost. I’d have given it no star if possible, very unreliable fraudsters. I have booked a car for 8 days a month in advance, we planned a family trip after many years and were very excited, two days before the journey we received a text from zoom cars informing about cancellation of the car due to some "unforeseen circumstances".
Tried calling their cc but to no avail, nobody takes the call. Our train tickets, hotels everything have been booked. They don’t even have the courtesy to call and inform further the money paid in advance will take 2 weeks to be remitted back to my account.This is just another company looting the Indian people. Beware of the cheaters.
