I want to share my experience with zoomcar.in Really thi zoomcar.in services are very worst and this is very bed and money waste of this website for booking cars online. It was summer and family want to plan a trip to north india and according to the plan we have started and we have started and reached delhi and wanted so stay their for one day and watch all the importent places in delhi.
We have gone to the website of zoomcars.in and they shown all the cars pictures very nice with good condition but the reality was not that . for booking the cars they have charged some advanced of 1500 nd we payed and they asked me for licence and I have send my licence copy and for my surprise they did’t accept my licence.
after I want to tryed to customer service of zomcars.in but call not connected.
Cars(products) also very bed conditins.
Delivery time is very llong.
App not runnung smooth and website also hanging running.
Reliablitity is very bed .
