Not fit to be in business.
I had booked a car for door step delivery, which was not done. The worst part is that I had to call the support to know that, it was not possible to deliver the car. When I called it was already 30 minutes past the agreed delivery time. The poor service didn’t end there, the refund is not yet been done even after 3 days.
The day the service was cancelled, I was told that I will get the full refund. Later found that only partial refund is been made. During the second call, I was told that the refund will be done in 30 mins and that was not done. The third call, I was promised that the refund will be done the EOD and that was not done. The fourth call, I have been told the same again.
