I have booked 2 mahindra Scorpio from chennai airport, with me 4 family’s with 5 kids
We arrived at chennai airport 9:10 am from air India, 9:30 I call the representatives of zoomcar the guy’s name is prbahas and parbhas says we can’t provide the car because we don’t have 1 car, so call zoomcar customer care, I called at 9:45 am from airport after 15 minutes of my try some ladies answer me I told here all the story what is happening with me, she tells me to wait at airport for 20 minutes no response from Excutive I called mr parbhas and request him for help at 10:50 am he arrived at airport, he takes our whole family to garage and gives us to cars condition of car no left side view mirrors in both the cars one of car I badly damaged
My advice plz don’t use it
